Learn to be alone

We are born alone, we live alone, and we die alone. Aloneness is our true nature and us authentic reality.

Alone mean left aside everything, unidentified, and live our own, nothing can bother you. Alone you are free, you never be a slave anymore,
Aloneness mean live in Now, mean movement of emptiness, complete silence. No mind, no thoughts. When nobody around you simply become joyful, your joy is endless.

If you want to experience bigger than you, learn to be alone.
Those who have known aloneness say something absolutely different. They say there is nothing more beautiful, more peaceful, more joyful than being alone. Learn to be alone and you would not be lonely anymore, no boredom anymore. Actually, alone you are enough.

Meditation - is the only solution.

Meditation is nothing but Celebrating yourself, enjoying your beautiful aloneness.

There is no greater luxury then meditation, meditation is last luxury because it’s the ultimate love affair.

Meditation is that state of consciousness where there are no thoughts, means become silent within.

Meditation will burn only what you are not and liberate you. This process is a complete inner engineering providing healing energies.

Meditation is an experiential exploration of the fundamental questions of life – ‘Who am I?

Address stress - Your biggest enemy is your uncontrolled mind.

Just by watch, you will be surprised that the pain is there but no suffering, no feeling left. When gap happens, now you are observing the pain, and when gap getting bigger suddenly you forget the body completely, you are aware only of consciousness.

Now you know that the pain is real but the suffering is phenomenon.

When you in no-mind state but awaken, then nothing can enter in you, then you watching from a distance, now there is awaken watchman sitting on the door. That watchman is you not those thoughts, you become a THRUSTA, a watcher.

If you present, just be, and watch. Being is not doing, and watching is also not doing. You sit silently doing nothing, witnessing whatsoever is happening. your very presence prevents suffering become part of your being.

Seed of suffering hidden in the desire. Desire to avoid, the greater the desire, greater the suffering would be.

Handle Habit and Addictions

Habit mean repetition, mean function from past, from memory.
EGO is of the past , We live whole life in a set pattern, ego is a ghost following us, We become stagnant, dump and already dead.
There is no such good or bad in the habits. All habits are wrong, bad for the life because that makes life unconscious, past become dominating factor in the life, habit than decisive you. You no longer the master.

Occasional talk cannot penetrate deeply enough to reach your soul.

Our minds are clever — we gather information, store it in our memory, and believe that this is enough.

But information or borrowed knowledge alone does not transform us. Real change requires something much deeper: experience, time, commitment, and inner dedication.

For that, I strongly recommend allowing ourselves to become nobody, to stand nowhere, and to let the old self die so that we may be reborn again.

Book at least a week somewhere surrounded by nature. It could be a spiritual retreat centre, or one of the quieter places in the Himalayas in India. Many people go there not to “become spiritual,” but simply to step away from noise and reconnect with stillness in a natural way.

We could meet somewhere deep in nature — mountains, fresh air, silence, breath, awareness. The whole idea is not escape, but returning to a quieter state within. No constant phone use, no pressure of knowledge, beliefs, ideologies, or memories. Just space, presence, and stillness.

Apart from the urgent medical needs nothing certain, no routine, no rules, no obligation. Live as naturally as possible without any bondage.

Depend on retreat center, we follow their routine with kind and thankfulness.

Keep in mind, are here to surrender to the nature, neither any hope nor any complaint.

Don’t bother at all, being innocent you are in right state of mind.

When you know less is the first step toward knowing. because any belief of knowling is actually deceives you by creating illusion within your mind.

There true wisdom starts when you realise that you know nothing.
